WHY?
It is important to get stress and negativity out of your system and if you dont have someone you can talk to or you want to share something others are not allowed to hear, your Wutmon can hopefully help out. Just write it down and your Wutmon is happy to eat it.

HOW?
* Choose your Wutmon.
* Set the time of day your Wutmon is awake.
* If you want, you can set up a daily notification to remind you.
* When your Wutmon is awake, you can feed em.
* Write one problem on the digital paper
* Feed it!
* After this delightful meal, you need to wait 14 days
* The meal is processed! Reflect on what you wrote for 14 days and flush it down.
